GRID FORGE

Overview

GRID FORGE is a roguelite merge-puzzle game developed by Logic Node Studios. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By installing or playing GRID FORGE, you agree to the practices described in this document. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game and discontinue use.

Information We Do NOT Collect

GRID FORGE is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Location data (GPS or IP-based)
• Contacts, photos, or files from your device
• Microphone or camera data
• Payment or financial information

Information We May Collect

To improve gameplay stability, we may collect the following non-personally identifiable data:

• Crash reports and error logs via Firebase Crashlytics (anonymous, device-level)
• Device model, OS version, and app state at the time of a crash
• Advertising identifiers via Google AdMob (for optional rewarded ads)

All collected data is aggregated and anonymized. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

Local Data Storage

Game progress, settings, and save states are stored locally on your device using Flutter's local storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use a cloud backup feature provided by your OS (e.g., Google Drive backup).

Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored game data permanently.

Third-Party Services

GRID FORGE integrates with the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services — for app distribution, updates, and in-app review.  Google Privacy Policy ↗
• Firebase Crashlytics — automatic crash reporting to help us fix bugs quickly. Collects device model, OS version, and app state at crash time. No personal data is collected.  Firebase Privacy ↗
• Google AdMob — optional rewarded ads shown after a run ends. You are never required to watch an ad. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers as described in Google's Privacy Policy.  Google Privacy Policy ↗
• Google Play In-App Update — notifies you when a new version is available. No personal data is collected during this process.

Children's Privacy

GRID FORGE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The game does not require account registration.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Data Security

We apply industry-standard measures to protect any data processed by our systems, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and minimal data retention policies. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• Request access to any data associated with you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics collection (via device settings)

Since we do not collect personal identifiers, most requests can be fulfilled by simply uninstalling the application. For any other requests, contact us below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the LAST UPDATED date at the top of this page. Continued use of GRID FORGE after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
